Hello, I'm Charity Blaser, and I'm passionate about empowering women to live their healthiest, most fulfilling lives. With over 20 years of experience as a nurse, I've dedicated my career to understanding and addressing the unique health challenges that women face, particularly during the transformative stages of menopause.
As a mother of four wonderful grown children, I've learned the value of nurturing and support, both in family life and in healthcare. My journey has recently taken a new turn as I navigate single life after the loss of my husband. This personal experience has deepened my compassion and commitment to helping others find strength and resilience in times of change.
I’ve Walked in Your Shoes
My weight issues started young when I was in middle school. I was a child of a parent who was an abusive alcoholic. As an adult, I had tried every diet under the sun, and failed at them miserably. I was missing a key ingredient, MINDSET. My highest weight was 260 pounds. I had pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, joint pain, just to name a few of my issues. One day, I finally had enough and I started on a journey of finding and loving myself enough to know that if I didn't change and lose the weight, my life would be cut short. During my journey, I lost 125 pounds, I can't believe it. I lost a whole person and have never felt better. I have continued to sustain my weight loss and it is still a work in progress to take off my last 15 pounds. This transformative experience has given me firsthand insight into the challenges and triumphs of pursuing a healthier lifestyle, and it fuels my passion for helping others achieve their own health goals. I believe in you, and I will walk through this journey with you. It’s not a quick fix and I will challenge you. Together, we will celebrate your new found vitality.
Throughout my career as an RN, I've witnessed firsthand the gaps in our healthcare system, especially in the area of menopause care. I believe that women deserve comprehensive, holistic support that goes beyond traditional medical approaches. My mission is to bridge this gap by advocating for better education and resources for women.
